TAI KI KUNG

Tai Ki Kung is a huge range of ancient Taoist exercises and practices for long life, from which the more modern Qigong has developed. There will be a morning and afternoon practice, the afternoon one will be more related to Taichi movement form.

The practice of Tai Ki Kung taught and handed down by M° Ming Wong C.Y. The practice takes approximately 2 hours.
